Indy J Jewellery offers a 6-month warranty on all items purchased from our online store.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials, such as faulty clasps and faulty links in chain.

If damaged has occured due to personal wear & tear, discolouration due to oxidisation or tarnishing, mishandling or not caring for your piece it will not be covered under warranty.

For all warranty claims, please email us at hello@indyjjewellery.com.au  with the following information:

  • Name and contact details
  • Proof of purchase details, along with your order no.
  • Description of the problem and photo of the damaged jewellery

In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment. A replacement or gift card will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty. Return postage is at customers expense, however if the jewellery is deemed faulty a postage cost of up to AU$15.00 will be reimbursed back to you.
